MARK PRESSES MINISTER ON BOSTON ROADS
Mark Simmonds MP has held a debate in the House of Commons about the poor state of the road infrastructure in Boston. He forced the Minister of Transport to come to Parliament and respond to the widespread local concerns that congestion is damaging the economy and environment of the area. He was watched from the Public Gallery by over 70 residents of Boston, including Members of Boston Borough Council and representatives from the Boston Bypass Pressure Group (BBPG) and Mark Simmonds joined Members of BBPG as they presented their 11,000 signature petition to Downing Street.
